This hotel boasts an unbeatable location, just a short stroll from the Albert Docks and shopping streets. The room was spacious with a super comfy bed, and the toiletries were a nice touch. Staff members were friendly and catered to our needs.

However, the parking was a bit of a hassle with limited spots and high fees. Plus, the restaurant was quite noisy on busy nights, which might not suit everyone. I did run into some issues with my minibar bill at checkout, but customer service handled it well.

I spent two nights here and wow, the breakfast was epic! Those poached eggs were the best I’ve ever had. The staff were super friendly, especially the concierge who tipped us off about the museum strike. Just wish the bar area had more chill seating. Still, it was a great stay!
