We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to everything we wanted to do. The staff provided excellent customer care and service, always ready to help and with a friendly attitude. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the jacuzzi and the live entertainment. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and the bathroom has both a bath and separate shower with plenty of fluffy towels. The executive lounge is a highlight, with delicious canapés, wine, beer, and soft drinks during pre-dinner hours. The hotel is also near the ferry terminal and open-top bus tour.

The check-in process was simple and efficient, thanks to Yasmin. The room was very comfortable with a large bed and a great view over Albert Dock. We had everything we needed in the room, including good toiletries. The hotel offered a good discount on parking, and the location was excellent.

I stayed at this place for 2 nights and it was fantastic. The location was ideal, right in the city centre but still in a quiet area. It was so convenient to have the bus station nearby and it was just a short walk to the town centre. The staff were wonderful, providing excellent customer care and service. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. I also loved the amenities in the room, like the ironing facilities and the mini-bar. it was a great experience.
