The hotel is conveniently located in Canary Wharf, close to the business center and a short walk from the tube station. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service. the hotel exceeded expectations and is on par with top US hotels.

For the price we paid, I must say we got great value for our money. The room was spacious, clean, and oh-so comfortable. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Canary Wharf and South Quay stations, as well as the Canary Wharf mall. And the staff? Absolutely lovely and helpful, especially Shani on reception. She even got me a free pint because our room wasn't ready yet. As a northerner, that really made my day.

The breakfast menu could use a little improvement. £16 for a fry up seemed a bit steep to me, especially since my little girl is coeliac and we couldn't enjoy it together.

I was impressed with the clean and modern rooms at Hilton. I loved the fact that they had access to the executive lounge which offered great canapés and afternoon tea. The best part of my stay was when the staff went above and beyond their duties to send a cake for my boyfriend's birthday. I would recommend Hilton for its amazing staff and amenities.
