As backpackers, we really appreciated the spaciousness of the room at Holiday Inn Express. The modern ensuite shower room, large comfortable bed, and amenities like tea and coffee making facilities made our stay comfortable and convenient. The staff were courteous and professional, adding to our positive experience. The hotel's location was a great base for exploring nearby beaches and Portsmouth itself, and we were delighted to find free parking on site.

Our only complaint was the breakfast. It was not appetizing at all and didn't meet our expectations.

I recently stayed in a hotel and had a great experience. the location was perfect for me, as it was situated on a motorway junction and only about 10 minutes away from the port. I also found the staff to be very friendly and attentive, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. Additionally, the room was well-equipped and comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV and a clean ensuite bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and catered to vegetarians with fresh food replenished regularly.

The shower bases were not very slip-proof, which caused my mother to slip and injure herself.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I couldn't believe the great value for money at this hotel! The room was beautifully refurbished and the breakfast was top-notch. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also loved how convenient the location was, just a short drive away from all the attractions.
