We absolutely loved our stay at The Lanesborough. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the Library Bar. It was the best hotel experience we've had, with the friendliest staff.

Just arrived at King's Cross station and hopped on the metro to explore the city. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping, with Bond Street just a short walk away. After picking up a new coat, I decided to grab a bite to eat at the Michelin-starred Céleste restaurant. The room was absolutely stunning, with traditional furnishings and high-tech amenities. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Breakfast was delicious, with freshly squeezed apple juice and a variety of options. Can't wait to book my next stay!

Luxurious beds & great breakfast buffet! The beds were simply amazing, so comfortable and soft, I could sleep for hours. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide selection of pastries and fruits. The hotel location was also quite convenient, near a subway station and shopping center.

Not worth the cost. The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers and I expected a better experience for the price.

As a couple, we thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional SPA and gym facilities. The bar and lounge areas were spacious and served delicious small dishes for casual gatherings. The staff members understood the importance of great service and catered to our every need. The location felt like a grand country house in central London.

The Spa provided an amazing experience, with lavish body scrubs and massages; it was the ultimate luxury package!

The only drawback was the lighting in the lounge area which was either too bright or too dim. It would have been nice to have the option to adjust the lighting to set the mood while sipping on cocktails.
