We chose this hotel because of its excellent location right in the center of the city. It was so convenient to be just a short walk away from the central bus station and right next to the bustling Pedestrian Street. We loved how easily we could explore the city, as everything was within walking distance from the hotel.

One drawback of our stay was the noise from the traffic outside. Although the location was excellent for exploring the city, the constant traffic noise could be a bit distracting at times.

I had a really pleasant stay at Zepter Hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the historic city, making it easy to explore on foot. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a huge couch and a nice size kitchen. I was impressed by the extra amenities like a water filter, tea pot, and separate coffee maker in the room. The staff, especially Alex at the front desk and Gorin, the restaurant manager, were exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and even upgraded my room to a bigger one. The breakfast was delicious and the heating in the room was excellent. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel I stayed in over the weekend had two complementary welcome drinks when we first arrived. the location was great- right in the heart of the city, close to everything. the bed was super comfortable and we had a great view from the window!

The staff at the hotel were very unhelpful, and it was really noisy- there was no soundproofing in the room. the breakfast was extremely disappointing- not much variety and not a lot of healthy options.
