Nothing could have been better.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport - NEC for a business trip. The staff, especially Thea at reception, were excellent and handled a difficult customer with grace. The newly renovated room, particularly room 312, was a pleasant surprise compared to previous visits. All the staff were helpful and attentive. The location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible.

Despite some minor issues, I can recommend this hotel.

Had a great time over New Year's at this hotel! Loved the complementary hot chocolate and cookies in the room, and the shuttle service to the nearby airport was really convenient. the heated pool and steam room were amazing and really helped us relax after a busy day sightseeing.

The noise from the airport kept us up at night and the walls were quite thin, so we could hear our neighbors. the room was a bit small and cramped, but the cleanliness made up for it.

The room was luxurious and comfortable, with amenities like a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The best part was the leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. We also loved the terrace and garden furniture, where we could relax and enjoy the sun.
