I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Cambridge for a few days. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when our room wasn't available, offering complimentary drinks and finding us a room with double beds at no extra cost. The beds were comfy, the bathroom well-equipped, and the food at dinner and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The hotel had spacious areas for work or socializing, and I appreciated the quiet section. The sports and spa facilities were top-notch, and the complimentary chocolate bar and water in the room were a lovely surprise. The free parking was a big plus as well.

Staying at Holiday Inn Cambridge was a great experience. The twin room was spacious and comfortable with two tub chairs and plenty of room to relax. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with a map and timetable for the bus to town. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the city center by bus or taxi. Plus, the hotel had a good-sized pool to enjoy. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I had a great stay at this 4-star hotel. The location away from the city centre amidst nature was just perfect. The hotel is situated in a nice pleasant area with a beautiful lake in front of it. The view was absolutely stunning. The staff here provided exceptional customer service. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, they were always ready to assist with a warm welcome. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, like a television, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant and bar area, where I enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. the service, location, and facilities made my stay here truly enjoyable.

During our Thanksgiving getaway, we were delighted by the complementary fruit plate and bottle of wine in our room. The hotel's location near a beautiful park and within walking distance of several restaurants was very convenient. We also appreciated having access to the gym and pool facilities, which were clean and well-maintained.

Our room seemed a bit outdated and in need of repair. The bathroom ceiling was peeling, and we noticed some carpet coming off in the hallway.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel just outside the city centre. The location was perfect, adjacent to a beautiful lake where we enjoyed serene walks. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom spacious. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially in the restaurant where they were happy to make menu changes to cater to my child's dairy allergy. We also loved the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Additionally, there was a swimming pool and jacuzzi for the whole family to enjoy. After a long day, we ventured to a lovely local pub for a delicious dinner.

The hotel could benefit from a refurbishment to address some of the outdated aspects.

It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still conveniently close to the A14. We were delighted to discover an abundance of wildlife in the grounds, including green woodpeckers, chiffchaff, and buzzards. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing enhanced comfort. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always went out of their way to assist us. We also loved the wellness area, which had a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of tasty options. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.
