We had an incredible experience during our stay, the location here is stunning- right by the beach! The room service was excellent and we especially enjoyed the attention to detail and cleanliness of the room. The staff was extremely hospitable and the shop services made our stay all the more comfortable. All this combined made our stay here very enjoyable and we would definitely recommend it!

Staff were responsive and caring, offering early check-in and a room upgrade without extra charges. The view from the rooms was stunning. The size of the property was just right, not too big nor too small. The food, especially the BBQ, was delicious. Dasha, the Guest Relations Supervisor, was energetic and professional.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with a beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. The Italian food at IL Forno restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The staff at the main restaurant were polite and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel also had a convenient bazaar nearby, and a shopping mall where we could find everything we needed.

The breakfast options could have been better in terms of variety.

During my stay at Grand Seas Resort & Aqua Park, I had the pleasure of experiencing the beautiful pool with its stunning view. The cleanliness and size of the pool were impressive, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The beach also provided comfortable loungers, allowing me to enjoy the sun in comfort. The animation team at the resort organized impressive shows at night, adding to the overall enjoyment of my trip. I also appreciated the variety and quality of the snacks available at the pool. Additionally, the aqua park was a new and exciting addition, providing a fun experience for all guests. I had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Spent Christmas at a resort and really enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They gave us complementary drinks upon arrival and a nice view of the pool. We also had a complimentary breakfast every day which was a nice touch. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the beach with ease. The entertainment at the resort was amazing, there were several activities to do and the nighttime shows were my favorite.

The food was not great. Although there were many options, the taste was not pleasing.
