Choosing this place every weekend. Staff found my lost jewellery once. Has all I need - from Free Wi-Fi to massage and skiing. No pets, always clean, and friendly. Best spot for a relaxing getaway with a range of facilities to enjoy.

I had a great time at this hotel! the breakfast and dinner buffets were simply amazing, with tons of delicious options that kept us full. Plus, the multiple onsen facilities were super relaxing and always spotless. the staff really made my stay special by going out of their way to help when I needed it. the mountain and river views from my room were a nice bonus too!

But there were a couple of downsides. the gift shops weren't open during the day, which was a bit weird.

As women travelling alone, we absolutely loved the variety of hotel facilities available. The game room, pool, and table tennis were great for entertainment, and the Nice Onsen and 3 big Onsen rooms provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests. The restaurants on-site were superb, offering a ton of choices for both breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff in the restaurants were sincere, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel safe and well taken care of during our stay.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

The overall experience was perfect! Amenities provided added comfort. Food was good but replenishment took longer during second serving. Glass elevators and retro vibe give a unique touch. Rooms are spacious with a lounge area. Onsen with rotating sides offers great views. Staff are professional and courteous.

Additionally, the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a restful stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

One downside is the limited amenities in the rooftop onsen, with limited shower units and a single shower gel bottle per unit. The facilities could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience.

Wonderful Onsen Experience

We were amazed by the rooftop open-air hot spring at Asaya. Soaking in the rejuvenating waters while gazing at the breathtaking mountain views was truly unforgettable. The hotel also provided a private onsen option, perfect for a romantic or family experience. The cleanliness and quality of both the stone bath and private onsen were impeccable. As for the food, the yuba dish and the extensive dinner buffet were highlights. The staff's friendly and professional attitude added to the overall pleasant stay. Despite some minor drawbacks such as the hotel's remote location and language barrier at the restaurant, we highly recommend Asaya for an authentic and enjoyable onsen retreat. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again.

This hotel exceeded my luxury expectations, with exclusive amenities such as a hot spring bath and massage rooms. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff fulfilling all my needs. the restaurant provided high-quality breakfast and delicious dinner options, with a variety of choices.

The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient, requiring extra travel time to reach tourist attractions. the only minor issue I had was with the small size of the showerhead, but it didn't detract from my overall experience.

The hot springs were nice and spacious. the breakfast was also enjoyable with diverse options. the hotel was conveniently located near local attractions.

The rooms were very small and outdated. I also noticed some mildew in the bathroom.
