The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks, and the coffee machine was excellent. The staff were very helpful and quickly tidied and cleaned the tables.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Burnley. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The breakfast in particular was really good, with plenty of options to choose from. The room I was given was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel is situated on the canal, which was a nice bonus.

This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room and breakfast were exceptional, and in our opinion, this was the best value hotel we've ever stayed in. The staff was excellent, ensuring we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The comfortable bed and option for different pillows, along with the moonlight nightlight in the toilet, were thoughtful touches. We also appreciated the nice big screen TV and the delicious croissants provided at breakfast. we really enjoyed our stay.

All was perfect.

We recently stayed at a hotel near Burnley for a dance show. the hotel had a great location close to the venue. the staff were very friendly and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. the room was fantastic with extra-large and super comfy beds. We loved the breakfast buffet, it had something for everyone, including delicious croissants and chocolate spread that the kids enjoyed.

My wife has a gluten-free diet and the hotel wasn't able to provide adequate options. the gluten-free cereal that was offered was stale and inedible.

Friendly staff, allowed early parking and arranged free taxi. Clean room with air con, ironing board, tea and coffee facilities. Convenient location near M65 motorway. Great bar with good drinks selection. Excellent self-serve breakfast with lots of options.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff are attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are satisfactory, and the views of Pendle Hill in the distance are lovely. Despite the broken air conditioning on a hot and humid evening, the double bed was comfortable. Additionally, the option to have breakfast included, with a wide selection to choose from , is a definite plus.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.
