I cannot believe how poorly my stay went. The bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep at all! After paying over £100 for the night, finding out that I had to pay £14 for parking was infuriating. It feels like they care more about nickel-and-diming guests than providing a decent experience.

the coffee was bitter and low in flavour, I almost thought I was drinking dishwater, absoluteley shocking. the huge vent in the bedroom window couldn’t close, so I could hear every lovely airport sound all night. and honestly, I woudl ve expected a room upgrade after such inconveniences, but I guess that’s just too much to ask here.
