My stay was filled with moments of joy—waking up to a delicious buffet breakfast with options that didn’t disappoint and friendly staff ready to assist. The location was perfect for my visits.

However, it was a bit noisy at times due to the nearby train station, which may disturb light sleepers. The parking situation was also tricky, being tucked away and requiring a walk to the entrance.

The staff were exceptional, very kind and professional, making the check-in experience seamless and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the parking situation was quite disruptive as the limited spaces forced us to park in a pay & display area nearby, which was not ideal.

The staff's attentiveness and willingness to help truly stood out. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the shower's powerful flow, which added to the comfort of my stay.

Location is ideal for train access to London.

My stay was incredibly frustrating due to a power outage that left us without electricity or hot water. To make matters worse, we had only gotten into our rooms at 2:30 AM after being let in by force. Despite the promise of a full refund, I only received a partial refund that was far from satisfactory. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Request for a feather pillow at check-in for extra comfort, and take advantage of the late check-out to explore the area without rush.

the noise from the outside was unbearable, definitely no sleep, and my air-con didn’t work. on top of that, after my dreadful night, I expected a room upgrade or even a greeting gift, you know, something to make me feel special, but I guess their budget just doesn’t allow that. almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

Limited parking spots create chaos!!! If you arrive later in the evening, expect a trek to find a space nearby. The unlit path by the pub is unsettling at night!!! Also, the bar toilet cleanliness left much to be desired!!!

Fantastic stay with family! Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. Kids loved the buffet breakfast, which had a great variety. The location was perfect, just minutes from the bus for Harry Potter Studios. Staff were exceptionally friendly, making our visit truly enjoyable. Will definitely return!

the location is super convenient, right next to watford junction station, made getting to london so easy! breakfast was quite good too, lots of options to fill you up. the staff were nice and helpful, always keeping the place tidy. my room was clean and comfy, which was a plus. also, if ur going to harry potter studios, this is the place to stay, super close!

Great location super close to Watford Junction for easy train access into London! The breakfast had some solid choices, though missing some vegetarian options. Staff were beyond friendly and the room was nice and bright.

The staff were super friendly and even helped us with cutlery for snacks! Breakfast had a great selection. Plus, the location was perfect for visiting Harry Potter Studios, just a short drive away!

The bathroom could use a bit of a refresh, and the seating area for breakfast sometimes felt a bit cramped.
