Conveniently located for the Harry Potter tour bus and close to Watford Junction train station. Friendly and helpful staff. The window closed out most of the noise from the train station. Loved the net curtains for extra privacy. The bathroom layout was practical and great for families. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast, but I heard it was meant to be excellent.

The layout of the hallway was confusing and the hotel entrance was not well signposted from the main road. The key card had issues with both the lift and the bedroom door, which required multiple trips to reception to fix.

The room was clean and the size was good, providing a comfortable stay. We also appreciated that there wasn't too much noise from the nearby train line, allowing for a decent night's sleep. the staff were generally helpful and accommodating.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was kept clean. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to the city center. the rooms were spotless and the bathroom and shower area were well-maintained with no issues. The basic breakfast provided enough choices for everyone.

The air conditioning in both rooms I stayed in was not functioning properly. The first room had no air conditioning at all, and the second room could only cool down to a temperature of 21.5 degrees, which was too warm for my son.
