absolutely disgusting stay. the carpets were stained and disgusting, and no one bothered to mention the only elevator barely fits four adults. oh, and after a miserable flooded bathroom, I was treated like a ghost when I asked for a complimentary gesture for my inconvenience. almost wrote a nice review, but just couldn’t. avoid at all costs.

the breakfast was nice but a littlle too chaotic, woudl ve been better if it was more organized. I expected a welcome gift, but clearly that’s too much to ask here. must have been an oversight, of course.

I appreciated the warm interaction from the breakfast staff, who consistently checked on us and even replenished coffee without being asked. The hotel’s close proximity to the tube made exploring London convenient and enjoyable.

stayed at holiday inn express for 2 nights. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to tate modern and southbank attractions. the staff were super friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast. we really enjoyed the great variety offered each morning.

The constant noise from drilling and hammering started early and disrupted any chance of relaxation. It was frustrating to have scaffolding obstructing the view from our room and to feel uncomfortable with workers nearby. Despite asking for assistance, staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, leaving us feeling unheard during our stay.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a clean bathroom that featured an excellent shower, making my stay all the more enjoyable. plus, the convenient location just a 5-minute walk from Southwark tube station allowed me to easily explore nearby attractions.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the Shard and Tate Modern. Getting around was easy, and we loved visiting the iconic Big Ben after a nice 30-minute walk along the Thames. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially helping with breakfast.

My kids wished there were more chairs in the room.

The staff genuinely brightened our stay. they even surprised us with a bottle of wine for my daughter's birthday! The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the location made exploring easy with the tube nearby.

I loved my stay here because it’s just a few steps away from Borough Market, making it super easy to grab a bite and enjoy the local food scene. Being under 2 km from the iconic Tower Bridge meant I could stroll along the river and soak up the views whenever I wanted to.

I spent some days in a cozy hotel with a warm atmosphere. The staff made everything easy, fulfilling my requests promptly. I enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning with good options. The location allowed me to walk to several attractions easily. I appreciated getting help with my heating request when it got too cold at night. I will choose this place again for my next trip. It reminded me of home, being with my partner.
