I had an exceptional stay at Holiday Inn Gatwick Airport. Although no facilities were available, the hotel staff provided excellent service. The bathroom was spotless and well stocked, with perfect water for a relaxing bath. The lounge area was clean and comfortable, and the bed was warm and cozy. The rooms were very clean and had fully adjustable air conditioning. The TV had digital service and there was free WiFi without passwords, making it very convenient. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my travel needs during these challenging times.
