The breakfast spread was incredible, offering a hearty selection to fuel our day. The staff were genuinely friendly, helping us feel right at home. Clean and comfortable rooms added to our joy!

However, the street noise was quite disruptive at night, especially with the ambulance sirens nearby. Additionally, a few more coffee supplies in our room would have been appreciated.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The lounge bar had a warm ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a concert. The staff greeted me with complimentary chocolate biscuits, which was a delightful touch. Just be aware the air conditioning in my room didn’t work well. it was a bit warm. Don’t forget to enjoy the unique Scottish accent of the lift’s automated voice!

The staff treated us like VIPs, engaging in laughs and made our experience memorable! The breakfast buffet was top-notch. I mean, who doesn't love a good spread to start the day?

what a splendidly unfortunate experience! the shower didn’t drain properly, turning the bathroom into an aquatic wonderland. and the bed was a delightful little shoe box, just perfect for two- not! honestly, i expected a complimentary upgrade for putting up with this chaos, but clearly my expectations were too high for Holiday Inn. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Just a prime choice for a momentary visit in Glasgow with reasonable price. Amazing staff, especially John Paul at the bar, made my time there enjoyable. Make sure to ask about food discounts when checking in for a better dining experience.
