Excellent customer service. We encountered a problem with our room and breakfast reservations, but the hotel staff were pleasant and courteous. com, not the hotel itself. Despite the potential for difficulties, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service.

Nice clean room, comfy bed, great breakfast with excellent staff and good location. Good security great price - would recommend. Reception staff cheeriness and flexibility. Rooms are small but exceptionally prepared with even selectable pillow hardness. Conveniently located at the north end of West Nile Street, close to Buchanan Galleries and the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, hence within a 5-minute walk of the city center.

It was all superb.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right next to the concert hall. the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the discounted parking across the road, which was very convenient. Our room was spotless and well-maintained.

One downside was the noise coming from the connecting door to the adjacent room. We could hear every word from the guests next door, which was quite disruptive.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just a short walk from the Concert Hall and surrounded by the vibrant theater district. The rooms are small but lovely, with spotless bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The nearby bus station offers convenient transportation options, including frequent buses to the airport. Plus, the bathroom soap is amazing!

The breakfast experience was a disappointment, with dirty plates and coffee cups.

As backpackers, we loved the central location and easy access to transportation, shops, and dining. The room was modern and comfortable with beautiful decor. The staff were friendly and accommodating. a great experience.

We stayed at Holiday Inn for a wedding and had a great experience. The staff was always available to help, the room was perfect for our needs as disabled guests, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were able to enjoy our meal at our own pace. We will definitely return to this establishment.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the shops, theaters, and restaurants. The hotel also has a car park opposite, which was excellent for us since we had a car. The room was well-appointed and very comfortable, with great amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff here were extremely friendly and efficient, both in the restaurant and bar. They made us feel so welcome and even gave us tips on things to do in the city. The hotel also offers excellent services such as room service and dry cleaning. we had a cozy and enjoyable experience here.

We stayed at Holiday Inn in central Glasgow for one night to catch a bus to the airport the next day. The hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was right next to the bus station. The staff was incredibly friendly and the buffet breakfast was delicious and satisfying. We were also impressed by the accessibility features in our room, including the drop-down rails in the bathroom. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Scotland!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. Its location in the city centre was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to attractions and shops, and it was just a short distance from the Buchanon bus station. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed windows were a great bonus, as they effectively blocked out any noise from the main road. the level of comfort and quality service provided at this hotel was exceptional.

One minor drawback may be that the hotel did not offer vegan options at their restaurant. However, the staff went above and beyond to help us find nearby vegan places to eat, which we appreciated.

Parking was convenient and we never had trouble finding a spot. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again when we return to Glasgow.

One small downside was the noise from the traffic outside our room at night. Additionally, there was some litter around the corner near the hotel entrance, which was a bit off-putting.
