I had a fantastic experience at Titanic Port Bakirkoy. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. When they found out I was on my honeymoon, they upgraded me to a superior room on a high floor with a beautiful view. They even gave me a special necklace as a gift. The hotel truly made me feel valued and appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with three malls and many restaurants and bars nearby. We were also pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and the excellent spa area. Additionally, the staff were always smiling and ready to help.

We had a disappointing experience during our stay. the reception staff were not friendly and seemed more interested in making additional money for the hotel.

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean room, excellent facilities including indoor pool and spa services. Convenient location near the airport and attached to a mall. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay before or after your flight.

I had a very good experience staying at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. One particular staff member, Mr. Burak, made my dining experiences memorable by going the extra mile to bring out a variety of food when I arrived late for lunch. I felt touched by his gesture. The overall service and friendliness of the staff were outstanding. I'm already looking forward to my next visit here. I highly recommend this hotel for its good service and friendly staff.

The hotel rooms had a strong cigarette smell which was very unpleasant. the hotel had no control over guests smoking in prohibited areas.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate my needs. The breakfast provided a variety of delicious food options.
