We loved staying at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Camden lock with so many shops and restaurants around. It was amazing to be able to step out of the hotel and be right in the middle of the action. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even upgraded us to a penthouse suite with a bottle of champagne! The room was luxurious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. We also appreciated the late check-out, which helped us out a lot.

I recently stayed at this venue and I absolutely loved it! The location was perfect for the event I was attending in the neighborhood. It is close to many attractions, in the heart of Camden market and right in the center of Camden lock. The service was superb and the staff was very accommodating. As an IHG member, I was upgraded to a deluxe room and the room amenities were top-notch! I was welcomed with a drink and the room was equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a hair dryer. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were great with special diet menus available.

This place is highly recommended to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with a great location and quality service.

The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the TV with a good selection of channels.

Although the view from the room was not great, it was not a big deal. We could see the service yard and the air conditioning units, but it didn't affect our stay negatively.
