The free cookies in the lobby were delicious and a nice touch. the hotel's proximity to the shopping area and restaurants was convenient. the room was adequately clean.

The staff was not very accommodating during the Christmas holidays. They were not willing to extend any flexibility with the check-in/check-out times, even though we had young children with us.

I stay here once a month for Trade Days. Last time I tried a cheaper place, but this Comfort Inn is worth it. The staff is wonderful, the place is clean, and breakfast is great. Even with their computer system down, they took care of us. I love their fresh cookies at check-in. The best part was the amazing shower pressure and hot water. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the refrigerator temperature perfect.
