I enjoyed my stay at this historic hotel despite the thin walls and occasional noise. The rooms were clean, the free bottled water was a nice touch, and the breakfast was satisfactory. the bathroom had mold, the room was small and smelled of cigarettes, and the breakfast lacked variety. The location and 24-hour check-in were convenient, but the noise at night was disturbing. The professional and friendly greeting upon check-in was a pleasant start, but the room for four people was small and rundown, with fungus and mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was monotonous, with limited options and overly strong juice. Though the noise from garbage trucks was disruptive, the coffee was tasty and the mattresses were comfortable.

The positive aspects of this hotel overshadow the negatives. the staff, especially Vincenzo, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Vincenzo organized a fantastic trip with a local guide who showed us around all day. the cleanliness of the room, thanks to the fantastic housekeeping team, exceeded our expectations. the location is ideal, close to a lively piazza where locals gather in the evenings to enjoy food and drinks at various cafes. the central location, near the train station and the beach, made exploring the city convenient. the breakfast spread, with delicious pastries, was a delightful change from the typical Italian breakfasts offered at most hotels.
