I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, with nice scents wafting through the corridors. I appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, chocolate bar, and bottles of water. The location was convenient for my needs, and the breakfast had a good variety of options.

The only small issue I encountered was with the light switches in the room, but it was easily figured out. All in all, a great stay!

The room was spotless and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The shower was excellent and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I had a peaceful and quiet stay at Holiday Inn.

The location of the hotel is great as it is within walking distance to Manchester city centre and Salford Quays. It is also convenient for those visiting Old Trafford and a nearby shopping centre. In case of an emergency, the evacuation process would be much easier.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Manchester West for a weekend getaway. Excellent location with convenient parking. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist with our needs. We were impressed with the extensive breakfast options and the value for money. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything we needed, from being a great gig stay over location to Castlefield Bowl. The room was big and clean, with a nice and comfy bed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and tasted nice. The hotel also offers free parking and is undergoing renovations to improve facilities.

The new year stay was very enjoyable due to the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the free parking provided by the hotel.

The room was a bit cold, and the heating could have been better. The bathroom could have been cleaner.
