loved my stay at hookwood lodge in horley! exceeded expectations once again. welcoming staff, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful grounds. feels like staying in a friend's country home. perfect location near gatwick. can't wait to come back!

Parking situation needs improvement.

Hookwood Lodge was excellent value for money, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and a lovely lounge and conservatory area to relax in. The location was peaceful and private, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The proximity to a great pub with delicious food was a bonus.

The breakfast could have been better, with more options or a wider variety of choices.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' drive from the airport. The room was spacious, warm, and welcoming, with a clean and good-sized bathroom. The hotel had great facilities, including a dining room, lounge, and lovely conservatory. The staff were very helpful and the receptionist explained everything to me. I also appreciated the secure gated entrance, as it made me feel safe. The hotel's 20-acre gardens were magnificent, although I didn't have the chance to fully enjoy them. it was a comfortable and luxurious experience, especially after a long flight.

The hotel had no reception, but we were given the key and left undisturbed, which was lovely. The staff were extremely welcoming and the whole place was set in well-maintained grounds. The hotel was stylishly renovated and our room was fantastic, with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and a choice of pillows. The small touches, like the pub menu and extra amenities, made a difference. We also appreciated the option for transportation to the airport, which arrived on time.

The room was spacious, with beautiful dual aspect windows overlooking the garden, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the airport. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions left for me as I arrived late. I will definitely choose this B&B again for my future Gatwick stays.

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering larger towels. The ones provided were too small, especially for taller guests like myself and my partner.

The room was well-equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, like in a 3-4 star hotel. The location was close to the airport, surrounded by green lands, making it private, quiet, and elegant. The wifi was great, and I had no problem with a late night check-in. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the transportation service offered was convenient. It only cost me 11 pounds to get to/from Gatwick Airport by taxi or Uber. this hotel provided an excellent experience.

I had a great value for my money at Hookwood Lodge. The room was charming and spacious, with a big screen TV. The location was excellent, close to motorway links and with great access to local villages for dining options. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The breakfast menu could be improved with larger towels. The hand towel provided was too small for washing hair, and the other towels were also on the smaller side.

Slow pick-up from airport.

We stayed at Hookwood for one night before our early flight. The room was comfortable and quiet, and we enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to a nearby pub for dinner. The location was great, with easy access to motorway links and local villages. The menu at the hotel looked fantastic, with plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians. The shuttle service to the airport in the morning was efficient and friendly. a successful stay and great value for money. Would recommend to everyone.
