We had a fantastic stay at Hope House Residences By Q Apartments. The location was excellent, with easy access to the tube and stunning views of Westminster. The flat itself was modern and clean, with spacious bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept really well. The entrance hall was impressive and the lifts were great. The towels provided were exceptional, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Despite a few minor issues, this was definitely our top choice for accommodation near Westminster.

The refund process for the damage deposit was quite lengthy and required follow-up on our part. However, this minor inconvenience was overshadowed by the overall positive experience.

I loved the convenient location of Hope House Residences. It was within walking distance to iconic landmarks like Big Ben and Westminster, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with two showers and a great layout. The view of Westminster was incredible, and being close to the tube station made getting around London a breeze. a fantastic choice for those wanting to be in the heart of the action.

I felt privileged during my stay and had no complaints.

Great location and secure entrance. Surprisingly modern and clean apartment. Amazing facilities including controllable air conditioning in every room. Comfortable beds and quiet area for a good night's sleep. Reliable internet connection throughout. Would definitely return.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with great views of the city and landmarks. Good location, close to public transportation and in a quiet area.- The staff was responsive and helpful in resolving any issues that arose during our stay.

The apartment was not clean upon arrival, with dirty floors, crumbs, and other people's belongings left behind. The bed was dirty and had hairs all over the sheets, which was disgusting.
