We had a great weekend at this hotel. the beds were very comfortable and the two bathrooms were a nice touch. the view from our terrace was stunning, with a beautiful mountain backdrop. the kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals. the pool was clean and warm, perfect for a refreshing swim with the kids. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage at check-out.

There were a few minor inconveniences. the sofa bed and sunbeds outside were a bit old and could use an update.

I recently spent Christmas at an apartment complex in Los Cristianos and had a fantastic time. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any queries or requirements. the pool area was well-maintained and the bar served delicious food and drinks. the location was perfect - close to local bars, shops, and restaurants, as well as being just a short walk or taxi ride away from the beautiful beach and harbor.

There was really nothing to dislike about my experience at this apartment complex. the only small downside was that the hotel was located up a hill, which made it a bit of a walk to reach the seafront and main bars.

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money was excellent - it didn't break the bank at all. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. Despite not having air circulation, the well-equipped kitchenette had everything I needed, making it easy to cook meals. Lastly, the location of the hotel on a small hill provided a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this place! The beds were so comfortable, and the fluffy towels made us feel like royalty. The pool towels were a great touch too. The cleanliness of the entire place was impressive. The highlight for us was the huge and heated pool - it was simply amazing!

our recent stay at a lovely resort in los cristianos exceeded all expectations. with amazing apartments, helpful staff, and a beautiful outdoor pool, it was the perfect spot for our honeymoon. everything from the comfy beds to the well-equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. we will definitely be returning to this amazing place!

Convenient location, 15-20 min walk to the beach. Excellent on-site cafe. Accommodating staff allowed late checkout. Plenty of parking, easy access from the highway. Small market inside. Quiet and well-equipped rooms. Nice pool and friendly personnel. Complimentary wine and water upon arrival. A great place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at this resort. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main area and a quiet atmosphere. Our room was well overdue for refurbishment, but it was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony. The pool area was great, with a heated pool and a pool bar serving snacks. it was a great experience.

The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, which was a bit inconvenient.

Our stay at Ona Los Claveles Aparthotel was amazing! The spacious apartment was perfect for our family of five. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including placing stair gates and a cot in the apartment for our two-year-old. The friendly reception staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property, including the pool and bar areas. The well-equipped kitchenette in our apartment was a pleasant surprise. We can't wait to return to our favorite place in the world!

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the convenience of having a small shop within the resort. the pool offered a refreshing swim and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the resort is easily accessible from the highway and within walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The quality of the wifi at the resort was not satisfactory. It was either slow or could not connect at all.
