The recently upgraded executive double-digit views are perfect for sightseeing. The room was clean and well furnished with a nice shower. The location is excellent, just opposite the main train station and right across from Waverly train station. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options.

The bar could have been more welcoming to residents.

Nothing it was perfect.

This place is perfectly located right opposite the train station, making it easy to get around. The staff, from check-in to waiters, were amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay here memorable. The services offered here were first-class, including room service, dry cleaning and laundry. The room itself was very comfortable, with great amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and soundproofed rooms.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was excellent, right opposite the entrance to the train station. It was amazing being just across the road from the train station and only a 3-5 minute walk to the shopping district and all the bar/restaurants. I will definitely return next year. The service was outstanding, with the staff being extremely helpful, especially Blair. They were all friendly and warm, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was amazing and the room was nicely restocked every day.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers easy access to everything you need. You can walk to all the main attractions within minutes, and the hotel is right in the centre of Princess Street with everything around. Plus, it sits right opposite Waverley station, making it a great option for travelers who rely on public transport.

The room can get a little noisy due to the traffic outside.

We had a great stay at Hotel Indigo on Princes Street for an early Valentine's night away. The room was surprisingly quiet, comfortable, and nicely sized. The central location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. The bar and restaurant were enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks provided in the room. a lovely experience!

The mixologist at the bar was exceptional, making a unique cocktail just for me based on my preferences. The central location was great for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were very friendly. I would recommend Indigo for its excellent service and amenities.

We had a romantic escape at a centrally located hotel, close to all the main attractions. the hotel offered two complementary breakfast meals; one was a hot meal made to order which we enjoyed while admiring the beautiful view. the staff members were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room we stayed in lacked natural light. the only window was located near the ceiling, and the street noise was quite loud.

The hotel had a very comfortable bed and fabulous tiles on the bathroom walls. The reception area was bright, modern, and clean. The location was perfect. The restaurant and bar had incredible drinks and cocktails. The mixologist was attentive and made a unique cocktail based on my preferences. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and the rooms were spotless. The staff were friendly and the dining room was a lovely setting.

The location is excellent, right across from Waverly train station, with a view of the old town and castle. There are multiple bus stops downstairs and all the main sights are within walking distance. The Citylink airport shuttle is also just a two-minute walk away. It's probably the best location in all of Edinburgh.

Felt like home, nothing too much trouble.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the hotel's convenient location near Edinburgh Waverley station and Princes Street. The front facing views from our room were stunning, and the little tray of chocolates and Happy Anniversary message were a lovely touch. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the friendly staff provided excellent service. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant twenty, where we experienced amazing food and a great atmosphere.

We felt welcomed into the family and had no reason to complain.
