Loved our spacious room 603 in the basement with a minibar and a comfy high bed. The water pressure in the shower was great!

the air conditioning in my room was kind of off (it took a bit to figure it out), but the staff were super helpful with my large suitcase. the breakfast was a great deal (only £10) with tasty options and the location is unbeatable (so close to the tube! ).

Just a prime choice for a holiday in London with good value considering the price charged. Carlotta at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made my stay much smoother. Make sure to take advantage of the free smartphone they provide for exploring the city.

Hot water issues during peak mornings could use addressing!!! The convoluted layout and narrow staircases are challenging!!! Upgrading bathroom fixtures and improving soundproofing would greatly enhance guest comfort!!!

the air conditioning in the room was practically a horror show, it kept banging and ruining our sleep. I really expected some sort of complimentary upgrade for all the inconvenience, but apparently, basic hospitality is a thing of the past.

I had a decent experience during my stay. The location was great, just a short walk from the Tube station. The room included a Handy device for exploring the city, which was a nice touch. I encountered issues with the temperature, and although they offered an electric heater, it made the air dry. I appreciated their effort to hold onto my iPad when I forgot it after check-out. Being a single traveler, I sometimes found the room a bit cramped with the furniture.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a lift, and a bar/lounge area. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost ring on my first stay. I highly recommend it for your next city trip!

I recently stayed at a lovely boutique hotel and absolutely loved the modern decor, and the walk-in rain shower in my spacious bathroom was divine! The breakfast had so many choices and was top-notch. However, I did experience a bit of noise from the street that disrupted my sleep. I'd definitely return!

I loved how close the hotel was to both Holland Park, just 1.5 km away, and the stunning Kensington Gardens, only a short stroll of about 2.5 km, making my weekend strolls incredibly enjoyable and filled with beautiful views. plus, the comfortable amenities helped make my stay even more pleasant.

The front desk was incredibly accommodating! I arrived way before check-in after a long flight, and they upgraded me to a suite with a balcony, overlooking Barkston Gardens—totally unexpected, felt like royalty! The shower pressure was just superb, couldn't ask for more after a long day strolling around.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the experience, it was still reasonable.

Our basement room was surprisingly spacious with a comfy high bed! Loved the little nook for suitcases and the shower pressure was simply divine. No noises from the street, so we actually slept in on holiday!
