The outdoor seating with cozy fire pits was a lovely touch for evening relaxation. The staff was consistently friendly, and I appreciated their readiness to assist us during our stay.

Unfortunately, the noise from the courtyard made it hard to unwind at times, and I found the limited dining options quite disappointing. Also, the housekeeping policy wasn’t communicated well, leading to some inconveniences.

Request a room away from the courtyard to reduce noise from events and gatherings during your stay.

During my recent stay at the Courtyard By Marriott San Diego El Cajon, I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate with clean, white bedsheets, and the unique zero-entry shower was a delightful feature. I enjoyed the outdoor seating area with its cozy gas fire, making for a lovely evening ambiance. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to local restaurants and scenic parks for leisurely walks.

Staff was very friendly 😄 and the location was perfect for our family adventures! Clean rooms and fun amenities! Will definitely return! ❤️

I loved my stay here because it was just a short walk to multiple parks like Wells Park and Hillside Park, perfect for leisurely strolls, and the nearby restaurants made grabbing a bite super easy, especially with the friendly staff who always made my mornings brighter.

The room was pretty spacious with a nice layout. Loved the large, zero-entry shower that felt super modern and was a highlight. They had USB ports everywhere, which made charging devices a breeze. But, I did notice some street noise occasionally and the towels had that weird scented smell. Still, those outdoor fire pits were a cool spot to hang out after a long day!

Great stay! The staff was super friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the cozy lounge area. We loved being so close to places to eat, and the whole vibe was chill and welcoming!

The internet could be better, and it would be awesome if there were more breakfast options!
