Staying at Home2 Suites By Hilton Summerville felt like crashing at your overly accommodating aunt's place. The spacious room had everything, from a full kitchen to a comfy king-sized bed. The pool area was great, and I loved the doggy park, a secret treasure my mom found! It's perfect for pet lovers who want a little luxury. I even enjoyed an okay breakfast while soaking in the homey vibes.

Noisy neighbors.

During my stay for a business trip, I appreciated the pool area, which was a refreshing break after long meetings. The room's layout was appealing, and it had essential amenities like a kitchen which made my stay comfortable. However, I encountered some cleanliness issues, such as remnants from previous guests, which detracted from the overall experience.

However, there were persistent issues, starting with the cold pool water that had multiple complaints, leading to its closure after just a couple of days. To top it off, the mattress in one of the rooms had an unfortunate lump, making for an uncomfortable sleep experience. My overall experience was marred by a confusing check-out process where I was incorrectly overcharged, leaving a bad taste despite the amenities.

I enjoyed my stay in the King Studio Suite, which was spacious with a full kitchen and comfy bed. However, I faced some issues with cleanliness, as remnants from previous guests were present, and the fitted sheets didn't stay snug. Despite these setbacks, it’s perfect for families seeking convenience and comfort during a visit.

Spacious room, welcoming staff, offered great amenities like a 24-hour reception and a delightful indoor swimming pool to unwind after exploring the nearby attractions just 20 km from the hotel.

Everything exceeded my hopes.

Had a nice kitchen in the room, made meals easy. The staff were super helpful, went out of their way to accommodate our requests, like extra towels and tips for local food.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but for the kind of stay we got, it still felt worth it.

My stay consisted of both highs and lows. The spacious King Studio Suite had a full kitchen, making it convenient for meals. The breakfast selection was good but didn’t blow me away. The indoor saltwater pool was refreshing after long days, though noise from nearby rooms could be distracting.

We had a fantastic time at Home2 Suites by Hilton Summerville from 2023-10-01 to 2023-10-03. The King Studio Suite was perfect for our group with its spacious layout and full kitchen, making it easy to whip up meals together. John at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcomed every time we passed by. The indoor pool was a nice way to unwind after our adventures in Summerville, and it was great to have a fridge and microwave in the room for snacks and drinks.
