The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing much-needed relief for my back. The pillows were perfectly soft yet firm, and the extra pillows I requested were promptly delivered. The cuisine at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals served. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. my stay at Hotel Victoria was wonderful and I would highly recommend it.

I love everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, with great little sheltered areas and it's right by the sea. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. The view from my room was breathtaking, and there are great facilities available. I will definitely be returning next year.

Room was clean with a protected mattress, provided tea/coffee. Walk-in shower was clean, though dated. Bathroom had wheelchair-accessible sink. Friendly, helpful, and polite staff. Beautiful dining area overlooking the sea. Modernized bar area with beach theme. Would recommend for a stay.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, and we enjoyed beautiful views of the beach and pier from our balcony. Our room was spacious and clean, and we had plenty of tea and coffee supplies, as well as dressing gowns to make us feel at home. the breakfast selection was excellent, and we were spoiled for choice with the hot food options. the waiting staff were friendly and attentive, making our dining experience a delight.

Our bathroom had some issues with the plug not sealing, making it difficult to enjoy a bath. some areas of the hotel, including our room, were showing their age and could use a renovation.

The hotel had a great location, right by the beach and promenade. the sea views from our room were absolutely stunning. It was so relaxing to wake up and see the beautiful ocean right outside our window. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the fact that they had a lift, which made it easy for me to get around with my walker.

We stayed at a well-situated hotel on the seafront, just a few steps down to the beach. The location couldn't have been better, with a disabled bay reserved for us. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the sea. The staff were polite and lovely, and the breakfast served in the ground floor restaurant was of great quality. the location, room, and service exceeded our expectations.

The shower in the bathroom was faulty, making it impossible to get any water out.

We had a lovely family suite with separate bedrooms and TVs, allowing us to enjoy some adult time while the children slept. The price was competitive and the hotel restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room had a beautiful sea view with a balcony, and the bed and settee were comfortable. Plus, we appreciated the hot chocolate, biscuits, tea, and coffee provided in the room.
