I had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Wroxham and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location of this place is simply unbeatable, situated right on the waters edge of the River Nene. The stunning views across the river made for a truly picturesque stay. The service provided here was top-notch, with friendly and welcoming staff members who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast offered at this hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices and excellent service.

We had an excellent weekend break staying at a lovely hotel. The location was perfect, right by the river with beautiful views. Our balcony room had been recently refurbished to a high standard, with a very comfortable bed and it was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and the information pack was helpful. The balcony itself could've been improved with a transparent inset for better views. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the coast or Norwich, and very near to Wroxham train station. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern with fluffy towels. The staff at breakfast provided a good range of choices and the food was hot. The hotel is right on the water in a great little village, offering a pleasant view of the river. Additionally, the restaurant in the hotel serves amazing food.

Lovely location with great restaurant views. Very good food served by attentive staff. We were given a useful tip to reach the city center by train instead of parking.

It was hard to find the entrance and reception was closed after 5pm. We had to carry our own bags up the stairs.
