The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were so welcoming and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed for my New Year's stay. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, just a short walk away from the city center and all the festivities. I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a bar and nightclub, so I didn't have to venture far for a great night out.

I must say that the noise outside the hotel was a bit much, especially late at night. Despite closing the windows, the street noise and late-night revelers made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, the room was comfortable with a massive bed and excellent shower facilities. The hotel had a great bar with unique decor and good service. The restaurant/bar connected to the hotel had reasonable prices and a great atmosphere.

It felt like a home away from home, with nothing to complain about.

there were no luggage storage tags available and the hotel provided an open storage area where anyone could have easily walked in and taken any luggage item. the hotel lacked easily accessible outlets in the room making it difficult to work in the room using electrical devices.

The breakfast served to our room was warm and well presented. The staff was attentive, quickly fixing the TV and replacing the coffee maker. we enjoyed our stay at House.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being so close to the city center without actually being in the middle of it all. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the restaurant which has a VERY wide range of wine on offer which we enjoyed very much.
