The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops. Despite being basic, the room had everything we needed and was clean. Sitting on the dock was so relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were great - the room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely seating area outside overlooking the inlet. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything but still very quiet. We could easily walk everywhere from our room and the city center was just across the canal. The staff, Janette and Karl, were super friendly and welcoming. Nothing to complain about at all.

We loved the extra blankets, pillows, and hideaway bed in our clean and cute room. the inn provided free kayaks, including life vests for our fur babies, allowing us to easily explore the waterways. there were plenty of dog-friendly areas within walking distance, where we enjoyed the local food and nightlife.

We stayed at Anchor Inn in Matlacha for a few nights and it was simply amazing. The location is perfect, surrounded by nature and close to great restaurants. It was so peaceful and quiet, with wildlife right outside our door. We even saw dolphins! it was a truly unique and relaxing experience.
