Great location, peaceful and quiet surroundings. Stunning views of the harbour and sea. Facilities were well-equipped and spacious.

The property could benefit from some redecoration as it appeared outdated. the information book provided could be updated with details such as new Wi-Fi information and location of the free car park.

We loved the spaciousness and well-equipped nature of the house. Dealing with the host was easy and he was always contactable. The parking was convenient and the location by the harbour was fantastic. The house had all the necessary facilities and the view from the lounge areas was beautiful. it provided a cozy and comfortable stay.

Immaculately clean and cozy with great attention to detail. Exceptional value for money. Perfect location with parking right outside and an easy walk into town. Own kitchen, dining table, and lounge made it ideal for a longer stay or for two couples. Quiet with a beautiful view over the harbor. Thanks, Ryan, we'll definitely book again!

The location was excellent, with easy access to the harbour and beautiful sea views. the house was spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. - It was great to have the freedom to prepare our own meals and not rely on touristy restaurants.

One area for improvement would be the safety of the stairs. A railing across the open window frames would be beneficial, especially when carrying items up and down.

The value for money at House By The Harbour - Nc500 Route Villa was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, with a stunning view of the harbour and easy access to explore the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to fix a small issue we had with the heating/hot water.

Breakfast items could have been more varied and offered more options.

This beautiful town house by the harbour offers stunning sea views and a perfect location. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities including a cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The spacious lounge on the first floor is very comfortable with cozy sofas and a TV. The large bathroom on this floor has a bath and separate shower. On the top floor, there are two double bedrooms and a little box room with a full-length mirror and a hairdryer. this house is perfect for a backpacker looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this town house overlooking the harbour. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with modern amenities and period features. The main bedroom and upstairs sitting room are generous in size and very comfortable. The house offers kerbside parking right outside the door, making it convenient for guests with cars. The location is central, close to the town but not too close, offering nice views of the harbour. The host was responsive and friendly, providing breakfast items and making communication easy. we enjoyed the spaciousness, comfort, and convenience of this hotel, as well as the friendly and helpful staff.

I had a great stay at the House By The Harbour villa! After staying in hotels, it was a welcome change to have my own space and time to relax. The house had everything I needed and it was clean and tidy. The communication with the owner was excellent and I really appreciated the milk in the fridge since I had forgotten to buy some. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Plus, there's an excellent Chinese restaurant just around the corner! The views from the property overlooking the harbour were fantastic, and I also loved the fact that there was free parking right outside the house. The house itself is split over 3 levels and it had all the amenities I required. The host was easily reachable and there were no issues during my stay. it was a wonderful experience.

No negatives from this place. 😊

We stayed at House By The Harbour for one night while passing through. The house is beautifully decorated and clean with a suntrap outside space for a relaxing drink. It is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Dealing with our host Ryan was a breeze and he was easily contactable. The house is spacious and well equipped, with the option to leave luggage downstairs for convenience. The heating made our stay cozy and the lounge room was perfect for relaxing. We loved the freedom and comfort of staying in a home rather than a hotel.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
