The location of the accommodation is ideal, situated on a quiet side street. The property itself is spacious, with high ceilings and a great view of the greenery outside from the bay window in the living room. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen is well equipped and handy, with all the necessary amenities. the property is well presented and in good condition.

The parking situation during my visit was a bit awkward due to temporary road works taking place.

our summer stay in dundee was amazing, and this time, the flat at house on the hill truly exceeded our expectations. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the town centre, and the spacious rooms with high ceilings made us feel at home. it will definitely be our top choice for future visits.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities provided everything we needed for a comfortable self-catering experience. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk into town without any problems. We also appreciated the safe and convenient parking, as well as the hassle-free check-in process. The staff were great and communication was excellent throughout our stay.

Stylishly decorated, well-kept flat. Quiet, peaceful location. Pretty garden with lots of natural light. Comfortable and clean. Cramped but well-appointed kitchen. Good exercise climbing the hill.
