The space was exceptionally well-designed, cozy, and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The property itself was charming and peaceful, with excellent facilities and easy access to various areas of interest. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely return.

There were a few drawbacks. the property was located next to a busy road, which made it less suitable for families with small children or elderly individuals wanting to walk to nearby areas.

The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything from a cooker and fridge freezer to a microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The living room and dining area had a TV with a DVD player, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The hotel also had excellent facilities for pets, including our own enclosed garden for the dogs to run around in. The location was ideal, situated close to beaches and good restaurants. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.

The shower was great and the kitchen had everything I needed, from a bottle opener and tin opener to various pots and pans. I even used the oven to make pizzas. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby cities such as Chichester, Bognor Regis, and Arundel.

I loved the location of this place, it was so close to Chichester and had easy access to the beach. The self-catering units were affordable and had everything I needed. The kitchen was well-equipped with an electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. The small garden/patio area was perfect for BBQs and enjoying the sunshine. The staff were attentive and the key pick up was simple. it was a great weekend stay with a cottage atmosphere.
