A very pleasant stay

Helpful staff, comfortable room, city centre location, good breakfast, reasonable price.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel had a perfect location, making it easy to access bus stations, the Titanic Museum, and city tours by foot. There were plenty of dining options nearby. The beds were comfortable and not two singles pushed together. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite being in the city, it was very peaceful. The bathroom had nice soups and the blackout curtain was almost perfect. The elevators were quick, and the view over the city was great.

my recent stay at ibis in belfast was fantastic - the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was clean and comfortable. i was especially impressed with the early breakfast service, ensuring i had a meal before my early morning start.

Breakfast was decent and our room had a comfy bed and great shower. The hotel was in a key location, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the staff making an effort to keep the breakfast items well-stocked.

The staff seemed disorganized and rude, especially during check-in. We had to wait in a queue for 30 minutes and our room wasn't ready even though we arrived after the check-in time.
