The hotel had a perfect location, making it easy to access bus stations, the Titanic Museum, and city tours by foot. There were plenty of dining options nearby. The beds were comfortable and not two singles pushed together. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite being in the city, it was very peaceful. The bathroom had nice soups and the blackout curtain was almost perfect. The elevators were quick, and the view over the city was great.

Felt very special, nothing to complain about.

This hotel is a gem in terms of value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering its convenient location within walking distance to pubs and shopping centres. The attention to detail is commendable, with spacious, warm and inviting rooms. The breakfast is very complete and the staff are incredibly nice.

my recent stay at ibis in belfast was fantastic - the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was clean and comfortable. i was especially impressed with the early breakfast service, ensuring i had a meal before my early morning start.

Coffee from the breakfast machine wasn't great.

Breakfast was decent and our room had a comfy bed and great shower. The hotel was in a key location, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the staff making an effort to keep the breakfast items well-stocked.

The staff seemed disorganized and rude, especially during check-in. We had to wait in a queue for 30 minutes and our room wasn't ready even though we arrived after the check-in time.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better as it was within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to visit. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the cleanliness of the rooms. We had a fantastic view from our room on the 9th floor. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our time here and wished we could have stayed longer.

The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The communication via WhatsApp was efficient and the responses to our questions were immediate. The bar and seating area were comfortable and inviting. The room was impeccably clean and had a fantastic shower. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city.

We felt extremely well taken care of and the staff were always ready to assist with any request.
