We loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk from the train station and the center of town, making it easy for us to explore the city. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was close to the Glasgow College of Art, which was on our itinerary. Additionally, being towards the western end of town meant that we were within walking distance of the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, another attraction we wanted to visit. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby on Sauchiehall Street, providing us with a good choice of dining options. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, making our check-in process easy and providing us with helpful information and directions throughout our stay. The room was a decent size, spotlessly clean, and the complimentary Carmel Log biscuit with tea/coffee was a nice touch.

The beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of plugs for charging devices. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was reasonably priced. I had a great stay at Ibis.

The hotel had a very warm welcome from staff upon our arrival. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the location was great with a short walk to the shops and Merchant City. The staff showed great empathy and provided excellent customer service, as they refunded our remaining nights without asking when we had to check out early due to a family emergency.

Not one thing.

We had a room with a beautiful sea view, just as we had hoped for. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. They were also very helpful throughout our visit.

As young people, we loved the amazing customer service. The reception staff promptly addressed our issue with a bad smell in our room, providing a complimentary room change and drinks. The buffet breakfast had a really good selection and the location was perfect for exploring the city, especially if you're going to the theatre. The hotel also offered parking validation at a nearby city park, which was a nice bonus.

We felt very lucky to have found this hotel, as we had no complaints at all.
