I always return for a romantic getaway. At my first visit, the staff kindly found my lost bracelet. the hotel offers Wi-Fi, free parking, indoor swimming pool, and rooftop pool. It suits me perfectly - a great stay every time! .

The hotel was clean, had friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The location was close to the area we were heading in Washington, DC.

The room was clean and well stocked and the staff were all pleasant and eager to help. the shower in the bathroom was fantastic and the breakfast provided each morning was really good. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities.

There were some issues during my stay. there was a billing error that resulted in a hold being placed on my debit card for an amount that exceeded the room cost.

As a tourist, I loved the spacious and well-equipped rooms at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sylva. The bathroom was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The hotel also had a pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast provided each morning was really good and a great way to start the day. The staff were all friendly and eager to assist during our stay.

In my recent stay, I had a great experience during Christmas. the hotel had a convenient location, being only about 15, 20 minutes away from WCU. the pillows were really comfortable and the decor was updated, making the room feel cozy. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that coffee was available 24/7 and they even served delicious cookies in the evening.

There were a few things that could be improved. I was disappointed with the breakfast offerings.

He never showed any frustration and was always willing to assist me with a smile on his face. The hotel and my room were spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and the breakfast area was lovely. Katy, the attendant, was very friendly and the area was always clean and stocked. The pool area was also very nice and clean, with a great temperature and a relaxing hot tub. The manager even went above and beyond by contacting me about a laptop we left behind and offering to ship it to us.
