Omg, the view from our room directly onto the sea was absolutely stunning. Only slight downside was room size, but everything else was just perfect! .

The spacious apartment at Edgewater Palms Apartments in Paihia provided a clean and comfortable stay, with a well-stocked kitchen and a cozy bedroom. the location was excellent, offering a lovely view and easy access to sunlight. the nearby Blue Door restaurant was a delightful addition, and the overall cleanliness and welcoming reception enhanced our experience. the pool and beach access were convenient for family relaxation, and landmarks like Paihia Harbour and Waitangi Treaty Grounds added to our memorable stay, despite some noise from neighboring areas.

Spacious apartment with high ceilings. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Great showers with two bathrooms. Comfortable beds and secure parking. Sea views from the deck and conveniently located near cafes and restaurants.

We stayed at Edgewater Palms for a relaxing getaway and loved every minute of it. The Waterfront 2 bedroom apartment offered breathtaking views of the bay from its spacious balcony. Being right next to Alfresco, a fantastic beach bar/restaurant, was a major bonus. The property had a great pool and comfortable loungers, although the water was a bit too cold for a dip. It was just a short, flat walk along the beachfront to the town center, where we enjoyed a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions. We highly recommend the Salt Air Cape Reinga flight for an unforgettable experience.

The staff at Edgewater Palms were exceptional - they made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated being allowed to use the car park a few hours after checkout. The room itself was nice, with a very big kitchen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunningly beautiful apartment that offered breathtaking views of the waterfront strip. The location was ideal, as it was just a short walk to the bustling Main Street, wharf, and a variety of restaurants. The room itself was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with excessive supplies that exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially Tina and Karen, were extremely friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the nice bathroom and the separate bedroom that provided an added sense of privacy.

There was one negative aspect that slightly marred my experience. Exiting the carpark was difficult, which could be a potential inconvenience for guests.

We had a pretty decent stay in this apartment hotel. the rooms were pretty clean and spacious. the beds were comfortable and the location was great with several cafes and restaurants nearby. the best part was the view from the balcony, we enjoyed it a lot.

The service from the staff was kind of disappointing. There was a water shortage issue, and while we understand that's beyond their control, we were upset that the staff decided to tell our kids to stop splashing in the pool in a rude and public way, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused.

Had a lovely stay at a modern, clean property with excellent waterfront views. the apartment was spacious, with a beautiful balcony facing the beach. It was amazing to be so close to the beach and hear the sound of the waves. the room was clean, with a comfortable bed and ample facilities. the location was excellent, within walking distance to the town center. Parking was convenient and the infinity pool was a hit with the kids. Would definitely come back in summer.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful apartment in Paihia. the views over the beach were absolutely outstanding, and the proximity to everything was perfect. the staff at the resort were lovely and very accommodating. the apartment, although a bit dusty and with a strange smell, was well decorated and equipped. the check-in and check-out process was easy, and I loved having a pool onsite. it was a really nice break and the staff made our holiday memorable.
