I had a fantastic stay at this hotel for a special anniversary weekend. The location, right next to the river, was absolutely stunning. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery and there are plenty of walks in the area. We also enjoyed visiting the nearby park and exploring the town center, which was only a short walk away. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with a full English cooked to order and a variety of other options available. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was well-equipped and comfortable. the best aspect of this hotel was its perfect location and the warm hospitality we received.

The location of the hotel is great, situated at one end of the Riverside Gardens and just a short walk from the town center. Perfect for taking the dog for morning and evening walks. The breakfast selection was good, with a wide variety of cereals, fruit juices, and a delicious full English breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and the WiFi was excellent, making it easy to stay connected.

The room was a bit on the small side, and the available space could have been better utilized. The housekeeping was hit and miss, with bed sheets not being changed and the carpet not being vacuumed during our four-night stay.

Enjoyed my recent stay at a hotel located next to a beautiful park and river, with great accessibility to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, and the room was clean and well-decorated. The location of this hotel was brilliant, with riverside walks nearby and just a short 10-minute walk into town. It was ideal for our visit and our room was a good size. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even keeping the bar open late for us when we arrived. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of choices and the service was very good.

The only minor issue was that there were some parts of the hotel that appeared to need updating. However, during conversation, we were informed that the owners are planning some upgrades in the future.

I recently had a lovely stay at a hotel in a great location. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of the town, with its variety of shops and attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were well-maintained and the rooms had a lovely view. The hotel is situated right next to the beautiful River Wharfe and the Riverside Gardens, making it convenient for walks with our dog. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby Ilkley Moors for longer walks. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered a wide range of food at exceptional prices, including award-winning Fish and Chips served at the Riverside Cabin. we had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's superb Riverside location, just a 5-minute walk from the town centre, was perfect. The added bonus of a car park made it even more convenient. Breakfast, served by a friendly staff member, consisted of a well-cooked full English. Our room was comfortable and quiet, providing a warm and cozy stay. The small bathroom was perfectly adequate. The welcoming staff ensured that I will certainly return for another visit.
