The staff at Imperial Guest House were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and our room was equipped with everything we needed, including a tea maker and a fridge. The shared shower exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and spaciousness. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The location of this guest house is fantastic, being very close to the underground station and offering secure parking. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with excellent bathroom facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great hospitality. Although breakfast had some negative comments, there are restaurants nearby that offer vegan and vegetarian options. There is also a great soundproofing system in place, which is necessary given the proximity to the airport.

There was some noise disturbance from the flight path above, which may be an issue for light sleepers.

Best aspects of the hotel were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the staff. The rooms and ensuite were spotless, and the hotel had improved facilities. The location was brilliant, with close proximity to the Tube station and Hounslow central station for easy transportation into London. Additionally, the staff were brilliant, very polite, and helpful.

stayed at imperial guest house in hounslow again, and it was even better this time. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the modern and clean room had everything i needed, and the breakfast area and outdoor patio were a lovely bonus.

Convenient location for Heathrow, with easy access to the Underground. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds and free parking at the back of the property. Good breakfast and nice extras like in-room tea and coffee.

The room was nicely decorated and modern, and we appreciated the complementary bathrobes and chocolates. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and several restaurants. the free Wi-Fi worked well.

We had a terrible night's sleep due to the noisy staff kitchen which kept us awake. we had a scare in the morning when we found ourselves locked in with no one at the front desk to let us out.

I had a great stay here! This place is in a great location and close to public transport. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room had all the amenities I needed, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and even a terrace to enjoy my morning coffee. The bathroom was fully equipped with free toiletries and the cleaning was spotless. I also liked the fact that the hotel has excellent leisure facilities including Wi-Fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, locker room and a 24-hour reception.

The little extras for tea & coffee, private parking, convenient location near the tube, incredibly friendly staff, high standard rooms, attractive price.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location near Hounslow Central tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The secure private parking at the hotel was a great amenity. The friendly and helpful staff, from reception to the breakfast team, made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with cosy beds and hot showers. We were impressed by the excellent service and hands-on approach of the owner. a real gem of a hotel and our go-to choice for our London weekends.

The room I stayed in was quite warm, as there was no air conditioning. the small size of the room was also a downside.
