Had a very pleasant stay at Innkeeper's Lodge. The room was clean and very comfortable, with lovely decor. The shower room was gleaming and the bed and pillows were incredibly cozy. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The cooked breakfast was tasty and the continental breakfast had a good selection. The value for money was excellent. I highly recommend staying at Innkeeper's Lodge.

Travelling with a baby and a teenager, the hotel staff at The Swan were incredibly accommodating and friendly. From the breakfast staff, to the room service on the 3rd floor, to the bar and kitchen staff, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and well-decorated, and we had our own secure entrance, ensuring peace and quiet. Free parking and a continental breakfast were great perks. The food at the hotel was also excellent, with a fantastic Friday night deal of two pizzas and a bottle of Prosecco for £20. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was less than a 10-minute drive to the NEC.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my mom, who has mobility issues, by switching her to a ground floor double room. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower provided consistent hot water. The friendly and helpful staff, along with the convenient free parking, made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

There is a possibility of occasional noise disturbances due to the constant banging of doors throughout the night.
