We had a truly authentic old west experience at a ranch just outside of town. The rustic charm, breathtaking views, and beautiful horses made our stay unforgettable. We also enjoyed the puzzles and magazines provided. Although we couldn't go horseback riding due to my age, I would have loved to spend some time petting a horse. The location was perfect for stargazing and the made-to-order breakfast was a delicious way to start the day. We loved the historic memorabilia in the main room and the well-maintained grounds. Our grandkids will absolutely love the horseback riding at this place. Despite a minor inconvenience of not being given a key at check-in and being unable to reach the owner, we still managed to have a good time. I highly recommend this ranch for a unique and enjoyable stay.
