the value for money was excellent. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The location of the hotel was great - it was far enough away from the town center to enjoy peace and quiet, but still within walking distance to explore all that Ayr has to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, going out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with en-suite bathrooms that were tastefully decorated. I also appreciated the small details, like the complimentary bottled water that was replaced every day. Lastly, the breakfast was superb. From the personal, handwritten note of welcome to the perfectly cooked Scottish breakfast, everything was beautifully presented and delicious.

The hotel's location was also perfect, right across the road from an excellent pub and within walking distance of the seafront and town. Additionally, the breakfast provided was top-notch, with quality ingredients and even a vegetarian option in the conservatory. All in all, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay.
