The hotel was centrally located, just a couple of streets back from the main harbor, making it very convenient to explore the town and its amenities. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the modern facilities added to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the inclusion of a free parking ticket for a designated zone was a great perk, although I opted for a nearby paid parking lot for convenience and affordability.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the center of town. It was convenient for exploring Whitby and the surrounding area. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a beautifully decorated room that had a sense of luxury. The room was sparkling clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were impressed with the extra little touches, such as the welcoming goody bag with snacks and drinks. The staff, especially Emma, were friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.
