The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

The hotel's decor may be a bit outdated, with a 90s IKEA style that might not be to everyone's taste.

The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The Crooked Barn restaurant and Eve's Bar offered stunning views of the grounds and the waiting staff were excellent. Lastly, the free and reliable Wi-Fi was a great bonus.

The staff at Ivy House were incredibly friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with our original room, they immediately moved us and even upgraded us, making our stay extra special. The hotel's grounds were beautifully maintained, adding to the overall charm. I have recommended this hotel to both friends and family, who have all had equally enjoyable experiences.

We booked a 2-night break at Ivy House through a great Groupon offer. The hotel's unique "chalet style" layout gave us the advantage of having the largest bedroom and bathroom we've ever had. Both were well-appointed and cozy, with controllable radiators. The staff, especially Mathew the barman, were extremely helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the 16th-century barn-turned-restaurant on the first night, and the second night we opted for the bar, which was also enjoyable. The breakfasts were excellent on both mornings. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely visit again.

The room was surprisingly spacious and nicely decorated. The shower was also large and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. The hotel's grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The fact that the Groupon deal included breakfast and a two-course evening meal was a great value for money. the food served at the hotel was of excellent quality and could compete with a 5-star restaurant.

The hotel's location was a bit challenging to find, especially with the narrow track leading to it. The lack of clear signage made it difficult to navigate.

Lovely setting with well-kept grounds and a charming summer house by the pond. Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The dinner was excellent, especially the fillet steak, and breakfast had a good variety of choices. The staff, for the most part, were great and attentive.

Some staff seemed new and inexperienced, but understandable since we all have to start somewhere. There were a few maintenance issues such as litter in the grounds, a broken door trim, and a broken arm on a restaurant chair.
