Noisy pipes and noise from other residents getting up early in the morning. Also, the lack of consideration for guests' physical limitations, such as having to climb multiple flights of stairs without any alternative options.

The location was perfect, situated in a peaceful residential area. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were helpful and nice, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a noisy bathroom door and a warm room, I would definitely recommend this place. I had a fantastic experience at Jewells Guest Accommodation and would happily stay there again.

This is the second time we've stayed at this lovely guest house and we will definitely go back. The owners are a delightful couple who create a warm and friendly atmosphere. The value for money is exceptional, with high standard, clean rooms. The location is perfect, with easy walks to the Hoe and Barbican, and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is also great.
