This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Located on the outskirts of the city, it provides a peaceful and scenic setting with views of parkland. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service throughout the stay. The rooms, although not refurbished, are comfortable and have lovely views. The varied menu at the hotel restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, and the included breakfast is of high quality with good ingredients.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short £6 taxi ride away from Faversham. It may be close to the A2, but it is situated up a drive, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere surrounded by fields. The rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable beds, providing a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome and at home. The breakfast is huge and delicious, and the restaurant offers amazing food.

Some additional costs were charged to a guest's room by another guest, but the issue was quickly resolved by the reception staff.

I stayed at Sure Hotel Collection for 2 nights while exploring the beautiful countryside and enjoying some falconry and archery at Mt Ephraim. The location was peaceful, with lovely views and the sound of bleating sheep in the background. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was a deluxe-suite with a huge bathroom and a great bath. The price was fantastic for such a good standard, and the breakfast was plentiful. I had a really good stay and would highly recommend it.

The shower was not hot, and needs to be looked at. the bathroom mirror was badly positioned, which made it difficult to use.
