We stayed at a hotel in Sur for a couple of nights, which was reasonably close to the center and had a new city center mall nearby. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with good quality mattresses. The restaurant staff were professional and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including omelettes and waffles made to order.

The hotel lobby had a strong unpleasant smell, which was not a pleasant first impression.

We stayed at Sur Plaza Hotel for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby and the Main Souq just a short distance away. The rooms exceeded our expectations, being spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom was also spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, from assisting with our luggage to providing coffee and bottles of water in our rooms every day. The swimming pool was a great way to relax after a long day in the heat. We also enjoyed the small treats like coffee and dates from the table by reception.

The hotel is located quite near the centre of the town, with basic shops just outside. Staff are friendly, rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning, and breakfast has a lot of different options. The prices are also good value for money.

A Great Base for Exploring Sur

During my recent stay at Sur Plaza, I had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful city of Sur. The hotel's convenient location made it an ideal base for my adventures. From the spacious and comfortable rooms to the delicious food, everything exceeded my expectations. The warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The highlight of my trip was getting to watch the turtles, an experience I will never forget. I highly recommend Sur Plaza as a fantastic option for your stay in Sur.

sur plaza exceeded my expectations once again. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, arranging passes for the turtle reserve and providing excellent service. the food was delicious and the ambience was pleasant. will definitely return if in sur.

annoying music in the lobby and restaurant

The breakfast buffet was definitely the best part of our stay at this hotel. the range of options was impressive, and the quality of the food was top-notch. We also loved the fresh sheets and the comfortable beds which made it easy to catch up on sleep after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel's location made traveling around the city a breeze.

The smell in our room was quite unpleasant. It felt like it was a smoking room rather than a non-smoking one.
