The staff also provided basic toiletries, a nice touch that made our stay more comfortable.

Sadly, the shower head in our room didn't work properly, and there was no way to adjust it.

The only service I missed for my work was the lack of a small refrigerator in the room to keep beverages cool for quick refreshment during our meetings.
